I prefer using natural light, which means my sessions will take place on location (with the exception of newborns and babies). I know of plenty of great locations that are within 15 minutes of both bases. These different locations include train tracks, old buildings, cable cars, open fields and the beach. If you have a special place in mind, just let me know!
The session will revolve around what YOU want your pictures to look like. You are more than welcome to suggest any certain poses that you would like. I will occasionally ask you to sit or stand a certain way, but I will also capture a lot of pictures of you acting naturally. Candid photos tell a much greater story than the traditional chain store overly posed shots!
If I am photographing your small child(ren), please bring a few snacks and/or a drink for them. There may be a point where bribing the kiddos will come in handy :)
Most importantly, remember to have fun! Don't be afraid to act silly and let your personality show :)
